The Cebu Guitar Festival is a gathering of over thirty homegrown, Manila-based and expatriate musicians donating their time and talents in the spirit of camaraderie and love for music. Now on its 2nd year, the event will take place at the Outpost on the evenings of November 27 – 29. Cebu Talents and those people who are passionately in love with music will definitely be there and devote their time for the said event.
